I've been taking my laundry and dry cleaning to this location once a week for over a year and the service is outstanding. Everything is always ready on time and the quality of their work is excellent.

Excellent service. Quick turnaround. Thoughtful staff. My wife recently took in an outfit for dry cleaning; Dave told her she could machine wash it at home and save the money. Impressive.Drop box for after hours adds to the convenience of their service.

They do a great job here while making sure to take good care of your clothes! I live far but travel 30 km just to go here for dry cleaning and alterations because I trust their quality and service.

*** DO NOT USE *** TERRIBLE SERVICE**** Canada Goose Jacket given to a Stranger!!!!!Brought my Canada Goose Jacket in for dry cleaning on a Saturday, called the following Saturday in the morning to pick it up. Once i arrived, the lady at the front desk gave me a terrified look and said she gave my jacket to someone else. I told her i hadn't been in and that she did not give it to me - gave her my receipt to confirm i did NOT pick my jacket up. She gave my $1000 jacket to a total stranger, that person took my jacket home or where ever and left theirs (NOT CANADA GOOSE) behind.Eventually the other individual brought back my jacket - i had to tell the cleaners that they needed to re-wash my jacket as they had just given it away to a total stranger during a COVID-19 pandemic and she was wearing when she entered the SHOP as i was there waiting for my jacket to be returned.... After convincing them they needed to rewash my jacket again (MAYBE - not sure if they did as the jacket is still dirty ) after all that , i picked up my jacket 2 weeks later and they still made me pay $80 for dry cleaning !! Please do not use this place if you do not want your items given to someone else! They do not check their receipts or confirm who they give items out too.. HORRIBLE Service.....

I take my king size comforter here to be dry cleaned. They do a very good job removing all the pet fur. Do be cautious though as when I got it back the first two times the colour was washed out. They do charge quite a bit for it, but I found a coupon in the era banner for half off. Also got some sewing done there, perfect! That was cheap and I could not have been more pleased with it.

RUINED DRESS AND AWFUL OWNER! I was referred to Crystal White by a seamstress. The dress was a black & white Ralph Lauren dress for my sons wedding. When I picked up the dress, I noticed the white part was now a dingy grey colour. The young man at the counter was very nice and called the owner - Rachel. This women is probably the most awful women I have had the displeasure of talking to in my entire life. She said she will try to fix it and call me in the morning. In the morning, I did not hear from her. I called the store and the girl who answered the phone was quite bitchy and said she would relay the message. Rachel called me about an hour later and the first thing she said was ‘I did not say I would call you in the morning.’ She proceeded tell me that my dress was unfixable and I should return it to where I bought it. She claims they washed according to what was on the tag and it was not their fault. Of course, I was upset and asked her how I could be sure of what she did since I only have her word and no proof. She started SCREAMING at me and accused me of giving them the dress in that condition because I could not prove how white it was...and giving them an old dress that would knowingly discolour so I could try and get a free dress...and she also tried to blame the manufacturer and I should take it up with Ralph Lauren. Another thing this horrible women told me was that I should ‘be happy that I’m not dead, it’s only a dress and I could get a new one’. Anyhow, ruining the dress is was a problem but how they treated me after was worse. Anything to avoid taking the responsibility. Awful customer service. She did give me my money for the clean which she said I was lucky to get. One star is too many for this place.

I am very disappointed with their service. I brought a blanket to be cleaned and they did not clean it properly. I told them and they sent it back to be cleaned again and they charged me for the second cleaning even though they did not do their job properly the first time. They should offer to clean it again for free if they did not do it well the first time. There are so many other dry cleaners in the area, they should work on their customer service if they want people to go back.

Excellent friendly service, good prices and alterations are always perfect.My daughter lives in Toronto but brings her cleaning and alterations to Crystal White Cleaners! Staff is wonderful.
