Jason and his operations team were fantastic to work with. They listened to my needs and asked thoughtful questions to help develop a candidate profile of what was needed. After that they quickly brought me a list qualified candidates to review and encouraged me to meet with a few candidates I normally would have passed based solely on the resumes. His team then arranged the meetings, checked the references and facilitated the entire process seamlessly for me. Hiring is always a daunting and time consuming task, but this was such a good experience and we hired a great candidate in just a few weeks. Will be back to fill more roles.

Sherri was incredible to work with, she is very kind and helpful. She got me an interview within 3 days of sending her my resume, and I am now working permanently, and loving, at a job she found for me. She was also good at communicating and giving updates. I genuinely could not recommend Recruitment Partners more than I already do! Although I'm sure the whole team is incredible, working with Sherri Bowles has been amazing! She did such a great job finding work that I was happy and comfortable with. She constantly checked in with me to make sure I was still happy with my placement and if I needed anything. Always very fast to respond and to help me with whatever questions I may have. Recruitment Partners will never place you where you don't feel happy and comfortable!

Honestly an outstanding place to find a career. From my first chat on the phone with Vicky initially was amazing and resfreshing, next was our virtual meeting which was longer than normal because she wanted the extra time and attention to make she she got the details she needed to help find what I was looking for, I appreciated it so much. The formal in person meeting was nothing like I have ever experienced. When I walked in their doors, I was greeted right away and the welcome I got blew me away as they expressed how excited they were to meet me and help me, no one ever made me feel so important. I worked closely with Vicky and I also met Lily who was amazing, and I love how well they all work together.Vicky is very good at her job, she really cares about the clients and their needs and she works hard to help and she went above and beyond for me, please keep up the good work because the world needs more people like this in the world.I was not ready to make a move to another company when Vicky had reached out to me initially when I was taking a break from job searching but then I had a change of heart and she was right there to help me as soon as I needed her. I would like to give my honest review. I have nothing but good experience with Recruitment Partners Inc. My contract ended with my previous company and I stumbled upon one of Recruitment Partners Inc's job posting on LinkedIn when I was looking for work. I applied and within an hour or so, I got a phone call from them for a pre-screening interview, it was quick. A huge shoutout to Lily and Vicky for being so professional and genuinely helpful throughout my screening and hiring process. I could tell immediately that they are good at what they do as their interview questions aren't by the books" or taken from some sort of template guideline

Within 5 years of working with them, I highly recommend Recruitment Partners for those people who are having a hard time looking for employment. Kudos to Sherri Bowles for doing an amazing job. She's approachable, friendly and very easy to talk to. For upcoming assignments and projects, she would always keep me on the loop. She would make sure that my expectations and needs are met. And before sending me to a placement, she would always make sure that I'm interested, I'm committed to work 100% everyday & I'm a perfect fit for the role. Just more than a month ago, she sent me to work in Election Day project. Even though the project only lasted for more than a month, I must say that she didn't make a mistake placing me in the project. For only more than a month, I learned a lot of important things that an employee would learn in a year or 2. Though the contract ended last Monday, I felt & still feel good about it. Can't wait to be sent to another placement and work on new opportunities.
