Avoid working for this place. Company always threatened it will close down, huge problem between the union and the company, worker morale at an all time low, no one cares at this place and management doesn't seem to be bothered. Don't even get me started about their human resources dept, what a joke.... Go to Pratt or somewhere else, it's very toxic here.
