John from first choice appliance showed up on time, to fix my jenaire oven even though I live in the middle of nowhere. He did a great job of explaining everything so I could do the same fix next time. He even gave me his discount on parts even though I wouldn’t have known the difference.I’d recommend this honest, helpful, and prompt service to anyone who needs appliance repair.

I contacted the store in Bonners Ferry. Everyone I spoke with there were very pleasant, helpful and professional. I had a very frustrating issue with my newer KitchenAid oven not working properly. But after explaining the problem to Lucas, he was able to diagnose and solve the problem in just a short time. I was very impressed with his knowledge, sincerity, caring spirit and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company. Top notch customer service!!!

We hired 1st choice appliance repair to help repair our stovetop. Lucas was the technician. He was incredible respectful of our home, careful about not damaging things, and considerate of doing the job right the first time. We were working through our home warranty company and he offered great advice for us to navigate that element. Then he went above and beyond by telling me how to fix my refrigerator that was about to go out while in our home. He showed me how to clean and maintain it better so to prevent issues. Barbara in the office is kind and diligent about getting back to people. They always answered my questions and my calls. A true pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.
