Excellent! Second time I have used them - fab attention to detail ! Windows sparkle, gutters have never been cleaned better. :) Carter is wonderful - highly recommend to all.

Asked to re-hang my downspout that fell off, instead installed a new one and charged me $75. When asked why I got no response. The work is good but I feel a new downspout was totally unnecessary. I do not recommend.

We hired John's Eavestrough to do the gutter cleaning and some gutter repairs in Kelowna for our 2 story townhouse complex. The quote provided was competitive with the other ones we received and WCB coverage was important for our strata so we decided to use them. Overall, we were very impressed with the service and quality of work provided. Nice to be able to talk directly to the owner of the company ...who's name is John, oddly enough : ) He had one of his guys come out within a few days to look at what we needed and got back to us with a quote shortly thereafter. The work was completed at the specified time and as agreed. We have had them back since the gutter cleaning in order to get our windows cleaned and they did a great job on that too! Would not hesitate to recommend.
