Had a wonderful cleaning.The hygienist was very personable. Then at the end we set up a plan for follow up with my dentist .The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dental office to anyone I know And those I haven't met yet!!

The staff at West Olds are very lovely and helpful. They really respected the fact that I'm on a tight student budget and gave me estimates and discussed everything with me before doing any work or x-rays. This is the first dental office I've been to where they were so upfront with me about costs and didn't wait until after the appointment to discuss the fees. Plus the exam and my filing were done quickly and professionally.

I had an excellent first experience here. It's such a relief to find a dentist office where the doctor has a gentle, steady hand, clearly explains your options and they are very accommodating when it comes to juggling the direct billing to insurance.

Very good dentistry team here. My family and i have always receive quality care, in a professional manner. Bonus: Invisalign is available here, so it saves us trips to the city for orthodontic care here in Olds!

Our entire family is being taken care of by Dr. Sung and his amazing staff. He goes the extra mile by checking on us through text or a phone call to see how we are doing after our dental visit. I see now why he was highly recommended by a lot of my peers 3 yrs ago. Thank you Dr. Sung and West Olds Dental!

Staff were amazing to work with, Dr. Sung was very thorough and explained everything well during the exam and even called to check in the day after treatment to see how I was doing. All the staff were very caring and made for an anxiety-free appointment (which was a blessing!). Hygienist for the cleaning was very thorough and did a good cleaning but was a bit rough - that is my only complaint! Other than that it has been a great experience and I would recommend to anyone!

11/10!!As someone who gets anxious going to the dentist-I would take anyone of any age to this clinic! Dr. Olivia and Bailey S. explained everything so clearly and checked-in many times throughout my appointment to make sure that I was comfortable. I was in and out quickly (which is always a bonus while your jaw is open haha) while having all of my concerns addressed thoroughly. Insurance was a breeze and I knew what costs to expect to be out of pocket.Not to mention I was gifted a beautiful electric toothbrush as a new patient, after my first appointment. This was by far the best dental experience I have had to date!

Dr. Sung was wonderful. Had to have a tooth extracted and he was super gentle and took his time. I have ha other work done by him as well and I never feel that he is rushing to get to another patient.Delaney was really great and kept me company while I fretted about the extraction. I really had nothing to worry about though. Best care ever!! Thank you.

Great place for all things dental. Caring compassionate staff - willingly listen attentively to questions and ensure your needs are met. Private individual treatment rooms. Upcoming needed bookings done at the time with the treatment staff. Quick turnaround time for insurers coverage. Upfront details of client portion of payment and try to provide services with as much economy as possible. Pleasant approach by all with focus on client. Would highly recommend.
