3 strikes you're out. Decided to give this DQ another try. Another mistake. Staff needs to be trained in customer service. I am 100% done with this location. No response necessary from the owner or manager. Really, please don't bother. Thanks. A former drive thru customer.

Wow!! Such a bad attitude from the staff. I went on Sunday May 21st at 5:50pm. Completely awful experience. Food was also subpar. Made with zero care or attention.

The only DQ I’ve ever been to that refuses to accept coupons from their app. Bathroom is “out of order”, and according to one friend in our group it’s curiously been that way for a long time apparently.I won’t be back. It’s no surprise looking at the reviews here why this location is not only sinking towards <2 stars, but was empty on a warm spring evening - it seems the locals just go elsewhere now. I’ll do the same.All the comments on other bad reviews stating that they’ll strive to improve etc etc etc all seem to be nonsense - the continued bad reviews say all that needs to be said on that topic.

Longboarded here on my electric longboard being totally respectful, employees told me to leave it outside. I told them it’s 800$ and I won’t leave it unattended and they don’t care. No mention of no skateboard no service. Wasted my time in the cold coming here. Whack lol

I am a huge fan of Dairy Queen. I get the exact same blizzard at every location I go. All over North America. I have been to at least 100 dairy queen locations. This is the worst location I have been to and unfortunately this is my hometown. I have tried to get my Choco brownie blizzard here several times and even tried to tell them how it should be made. I now drive 40 minutes to oshawa location instead of going here. I have tried this location many many times. Absolutely horrible. If this location could have a zero rating it would be more suitable. Trust me. Go somewhere else

I went in today trying to order a (single) hamburger with no cheese. The ill-tempered woman at the counter basically chewed me out, in a very argumentative tone. So, I walked out. Within three minutes, I was able to get my burger, to my exact specifications, from the friendly and courteous staff at the Wendy's next door. Dairy Queen...you guys BLEW IT.

Absolutely the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had from any DQ. Chicken looked like it had been steamed not grilled, rubbery and tough.Slow service. Men's bathroom out of order (seems it's been that way for a while).Wendy's next door is a safer bet

This place is a joke they would not put happy birthday on my log cake they said they where not aloud lol. I then went to lindsey dairy queen and they said no problem and happy put happy birthday on the cake.
