Diane is an extremely professional yet very friendly Realtor. She was very helpful when we bought and sold a property in the Odessa area. She went out of her way to help us with many things such as finding us a locksmith, finding us someone to clear snow, taking care of the empty house in our absence and a lot more. It is very difficult in this day and age to find someone as helpful as Diane. When we were looking for a property, she showed us innumerable homes to make sure that we settle for the right one. And likewise, when we had to sell, she did the right kind of marketing and excelled in her negotiations to get the price that we wanted. She would definitely be our ONLY choice when we decide to buy again in that area.

One of my friend referred me to Diane and that turned out to be a great one because, thanks to her, I bought a decent house during this Pandemic. I must have been a clumsy client since I didn't have any knowledge about house market or procedure to buy a house here in Canada. Besides, my available time was quite limited thanks to my two boys. Diane was very prompt at listing our property, having great pics taken, and generating lots of interest. She held open houses every weekend.
