Stopped by today to pick up a new stick for my son to play ball hockey with since his recently broke. Mike helped us out, and he was amazing! He knew what he was talking about, helped us find a good choice, and was great with all three of my kids. Thank you for the fantastic service!!

Took my skates here to get sharpened, and they came out worse than when I brought them in. Tried to take my skates there again to get sharpened thinking it was a one off, and each skate was missing about 3” of edge after the “sharpening.” Do yourself a favour, bring your skates somewhere else

We don't play hockey but my son is now a big fan‼️ so as fsr as getting equipment/gear - we have no idea .. the staff at hockey life was fantastic and very helpful .. and we didn't feel intimadated .. thanksThe only thing was we weren't asked about the triangle rewards and since we spent quite a bit - it would've been nice to have the points added ..

We did an online order for a Sparx Skate Sharpener and ran into problems getting our order released. Ryan the General Manager was fantastic to deal with got the problem sorted out quickly. He went above and beyond and the staff there was very knowledgeable and helped us trouble shoot a skating problem our son was having. We had such a fantastic experience this will be the only place we will be shopping for all our future hockey needs.

Poor customer service! Called yesterday looking for clips for hockey helmet cage. Was told “yes we have lots of those”. Show up today talk to guy standing on the stairs and said “ no, we have them but only when you purchase a new cage”. Helmet was purchased from them less than 4 months ago. Ask if he could sell me a couple and he could reorder. Said no they can’t order them. If I can order them online, but wanted to support a local business, they sure can order them as well. I’ll be going to united cycle from now on even if it’s 25 minute further.

Got my skates sharpened there twice, first time there was no outside edge on one skate and no inside edge on the other, second time my skates were worse than before I brought them in.

I went to the store and bought Hi-Lo inline skate wheels to have it replace to the inline-skates that I just bought from a different store.Ryan was kind enough to have it replace the wheels with the Hi-Lo wheels that I just bought from the store. When I got back to the store the next day to pick it up, apparently they had a hard time removing the wheels on one of the skates and it broke the chassis.They replaced the inline-skates that got broke with a Bauer RS inline skates! I also bought a couple of Marsblade O1 Frame Kit since it's on sale and will be heading back to the store to have it installed with a pair of ice skates that I have.Ryan did really went above and beyond on helping me out. Kudos to the staff with their awesome customer service, specially Ryan! This will be my new go to store for any hockey related items!

Just arrived 10 minutes ago to buy 2 OIlers Jerseys. He spoke to one employee and they ignored him and 4 more employees walked by him and didn't offer any assistance. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and they weren't busy!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. She answered all our questions and very patient.
