OK Tire

I'm changing my old review: I'm very unhappy with the way that I have been respected with OK Tire. I wanted them to be my go to for the foreseeable future but I feel that will no longer be the case. I brought my vehicle to OK Tire for my struts to be replaced, and to have my two front tires replaced. I was without a car, or an update for 5 weeks. Though I called, I was given very little information about the situation with my car. I was quoted $1,100 altogether. I was told the day of picking up my car that they replaced all four tires, and the quote is up to $1,350. I had to call them to get any updates, and now Im paying for it. I will no longer be bringing in my vehicle to OK Tire.Very helpful staff. Willing to go the extra mile to help customers.*"

Terrible customer service and I wouldn't trust the owner to touch my vehicle again. Had a wheel alignment and new tires installed on my suv. When I got it back afterward I almost immediately noticed my steering wheel was set at a rather extreme angle. Between my lack of mechanical intuition and my already low expectations for the quality if workmanship I just assumed that they had neglected to straighten the wheel before doing the alignment.As it turns out, somewhere between the aligner and the parking lot, one of the front wheels managed to shift over an inch out of alignment which then made the steering crooked. I tried to explain this to the owner but he just insisted that I had been in a serious collision and that's why the alignment was messed up. This of course is absolute nonsense, unless the collision happened in the parking lot before I came to pick it up. He agreed to fix the bad alignment and then left me stranded without a vehicle for 9 hours past my scheduled appointment time, but refused to do anything about the $500 worth of tires that were destroyed by his poor workmanship. So that has been an expensive reminder of why I was never going to visit Ok Tire again.

We stopped in to get a tire fixed, the tire was in worse shape than we thought so we had to replace all the tires. They didn't have any in stock so they ordered 4 new tires. They loaned us one used tire till the others came in a couple of days later. It was just before Christmas and we couldn't afford 4 new tires then so we put 2on then and 2 in the New year . They had the tires changed in an hour and we sat and had coffee . They were very nice friendly people. Definitely recommend OK Tire.

I drove into Nipawin from Vancouver BC and was having trouble keeping my Car in the Center of the Road. Upon arriving into Town, I went to the Garage that my Father had gotten service from when he was in his early 20s (the owner at that time allowed my Father to put a Transmission into the Oldsmobile that he was fixing up himself - or so the Story goes).The Tire Technician worked it out that the Tires were about to come apart and it was a minor miracle that they did not do so while I was driving through the BC Mountain Ranges.He got me New Tires at a Fair Price.After getting such good service, I am looking forward to going back for service when I Retire and eventually move to Nipawin.

Excellent service and fair pricing. They could do better at contacting the customer when parts are in or work is done, but they do great work.

I only give these stars because of the appreciation I have for the staff. The owner how ever could use some training in people skills and customer relations. I have never been treated more poorly by any business. I wont be back and i will not re immend to any fellow truck drivers. There is not ample space for a semi and the owner will yell at YOU for it.

Emailed them only to be told to find my local stores email........ It seems business isn't as important as they say.

140 labour just for changing rear brakes plus tax

Absolutely the worst mechanical experience of my life. A total misdiagnoses on a simple bearing repair that resulted in a very dangerous situation, that ended up costing me a lot of money in the end. The owner spoke down to me and would not assume any responsibility for the poor disgnostic work. Two memorable quotes from the owner:You should have let your truck burn""If you were a long term customer
