Excellent place to go and get your vehicles fixed....great mechanics and just good people...I have been going here for a while and I continue to go back I recommend this shop to anybody ....thanks for all your hard work

Two friends and myself had just crossed the border when my motorhome started to smell like burning. We pulled over and assessed. It turned out to be a locked brake caliper. We were fortunate enough to break down just half a mile from Greg's Auto. We pulled the motorhome into the lot at Gregs with the back right brake burning up. Immediately the guys helped us out. Without having to wait a minute, two guys were pulling the back tires off to have a look. They confirmed the problem a bad caliper. Unfortunately it was late Friday and they were just about to close for the weekend. They said they would get on it first thing Monday. We modified our trip and did a tour of the area with a rental car for a few days. When Monday came around we had missed calls at 10am from Greg's saying the Motorhome is ready to go.These guys went above and beyond to help us out. Gave us a great price on the repair. A price I though would have been for an economy car not a big Motorhome.Very friendly service, and fair prices.Also thanks to the local customer that went an hour plus out of his way to drive us to the closest car rental company.Thank you north countryBen, Leon and Kevin from Ottawa

Went there for exhaust fixes exhaust is fine nowBut there was nothing wrong with my engine when I brought it There But now my engine is running rough and I missing bolts on the Engine stabilizer and keeps giving off An antifreeze smell so no I’m not pleased

Picked up some salvage rims and tires. I got a very fair price and outstanding service, they were on time and ready when promised. Great value and friendly folks :)

Great Customer service from Kevin always making sure your taken care of . Gigantic personality all around a bunch of real great guys who want to help and get it done.. Def will be coming back. The atmosphere is just so great . I was having a inspection done did not even know I had a license plate bulb out well it was loose and they just fixed it and told me I said how much they said it was an easy fix not a problem it was a loose bulb. That's awesome. Hard to find that kind of honesty anywhere .. keep up the great work Kevin and Denny I appreciate you all.

Denny at Greg’s Auto saved us from putting a whole new engine into our car (as recommended from another mechanic). What we thought was going to cost us $4,000+ wound up to be the a/c pump and a sensor for under $900!!!! Now the car runs great! Customer service was top notch. Called when they said they would and explained things so we understood. Thanks a million; we will definitely have our cars towed from Plattsburgh to you again if needed!(Huge thank you to Brian at Gallagher’s Towing for making this recommendation!)

I always go to Greg's if I need any type of repair done, inspection, or tire changing. Hes honest and reasonable!
