Amazing staff. My car broke down, and I got an appointment immediately. Despite being short on staff, Wayne tried everything he could to get us back on the street. Engine damage was not reparable. Nevertheless, he tried to help wherever he could and organized our further transportation.Strong recommendation.

I remember parksville station being a Gulf branded stations in the mid 1980's. Back when it was real old Fashioned service! Since Petro dropped Certigard services. It's never been the same!

These guys are the best. On a trip from the okanagan to the island my pickup blew a wheel bearing and was unsafe to drive. Having only one day in parksville the shop put two mechanics on the job immediately and I was on my way by noon. Great people, great job.

Despite spending an extensive amount of money on our truck before our business trip to the Island we encountered a problem with what we thought was the transmission. Limped our way into the Ford dealership only to be told they couldn't help us for two weeks but they suggested I call or see Wayne across the street. Immediately drove over to see him and originally he was just as busy if not more but did say if we brought it in for 7am the next morning he would scan it to see what the issues were. Thankfully it was not the transmission but it did need a full flush and new fluid, filter and gasket along with a repair to the diesel injection control pressure sensor which they did and we had the truck back by 4pm that day. We can't thank Wayne and his staff enough for going the extra mile and helping us as we have a 5th wheel to tow back to the mainland, had he not done this we would have been stuck. No hesitation in recommending Parksville Service to anyone. Hope you liked the doughnuts too :)

We got a flat tire at 4:00 pm on a Friday afternoon while pulling a trailer and on our way to Ucluelet. Even though 6 other places I called said they couldn’t help, the guys at the Petro-Can in Parksville stayed late to get us new tires and on the road. We’re so thankful for their kindness and exceptional customer service.

I can't even tell you how thankful we were to come across the Parksville Petro-Can. We were only on the Island for a quick getaway. On our way to Tofino we had tire troubles and they got us in ASAP and made magic happen when it looked like our trip may be a bust! The owner and staff were kind, helpful and just generally great humans. Thank you again and sorry this review is late :-)

Wayne and his team really saved our bacon. We were on our way across the island for a family trip with a newborn in tow and he was able to fix our truck within a few hours after we had front brake issues. Thanks Wayne!
