WORST customer service and terrible management! Slow and incompetent.There is a Jean Coutu less then a minute away and another Pharmaprix up the street - both are a much better choice.

This pharmacy got even better since they expanded. I love the Canada Post counter. There's a great selection of pharmacy and grocery products. The staff is very friendly.

Not a good Pharmaprix. I go there to buy my skincare but won’t go anymore. The employes are not nice, especially the head cosmetician there!!!!

Should have looked at the reviews before going here. 28$ for a passeport photo, everyone else charges 16$. They had to retake my passeport photo twice because they allowed a kid to take it and he was doing it wrong and even now the measurements are very limit and i didn't want to take the chance but they refused to refund me.

Horrible service, I politely approached an older lady who was working on the floor and she rudely told me she does not speak English, mind you I responded back in French asking in which isle i can find my two products. She continued to respond with her fingers in my face. Overall horrible and unprofessional. I have no issue speaking the French, I speak fluently and work in retail, I don’t think that was the right approach and when serving others you should be more respectful.

Nice pharmacy, not a very big Pharmaprix, I think the should bring more freezed pizza and more chocolate, I was searching for Easter chocolate but I couldn't find!!!

Extremely friendly service throughout the store. I'm always greeted with a smile and helped when looking for something specific.The pharmacy is relatively quick in dispensing medication and careful when giving instructions. Happy here and will not change

Staff members are rude, never helpful, even for medication advice barely any help, you're pretty much left to figure things out on your own. Phone service even worse
