I and my son family with 2 kids bought 5 mounts a package for Puetro plata last week, kimberly told us 5 star hotel, we shocked when arrived at hotel, it was not even 3 star hotel, also i asked to give me a business class ticket she said ok, but it was Eliot which is almost the same as economy class.our flight was changed by air line and we arrive at hotel mid night ourreturn departure changed from 2 pm to 10 pm, we asked kimberly to ask hotel to give us late check out , because with 3 years and 7 years kids very difficult check out at noon and wait 10 hours for departure, she did not do itOur family never buy any ticket or package from her company.
