Had negative experiences with an elder woman. She was screaming just because I was holding a box of zippers before I was ready to check-out. Went to buy what I need and this is probably my last time to shop with them. Unprofessional.Some selections but horrible customer service.

If there is something hard to get, you will probably find it here.I found every staff member here to be very personable, knowledgable and willing to help out. Their pricing is also very competitive even with online prices.

For designers, costume makers, patternmakers, seamstresses...They have almost everything for the workshop .Paper, tools, machine accessories, irons, tailor accessories, trimmings...etcA good place for specialities and basics. Mostly importations...but good quality. A true reference in Mtl.
