I'm not satisfied with the customer service at VIP glass. I had a crack in my windsheild and decided to call and ask about the price to repair it. The lady I spoke with on the phone told me a price and I told her I'd be on my way. When I got there she told me she was mistaken and the price was more than I had poriginally thought. I really needed my car fixed so I agreed and then she went into the back room and spoke with someone and then increased the price by $65. This is very unprofessional and a big waste of my time. I will not be returning here and I'll make sure to let my buddies know not to go here either.

Place is nice. Waiting area is clean and well designed. Have fridge to have nice cold water and pops for the client. Work done within given time and excellent client service. Will definitely refer to others.

Great prices, great service. I got my windshield replaced and got the quick and great service. It got chipped the next day. They did a great job on chip repair aswell and didn't charge. I will always refer these guys. Thank you!
