Rimon could be the best salesman I've ever come across, in any industry....and that's a good thing! He actually cares and answers every question you can come up with. He is knowledgable but not pushy and let's you take your time. He even followed up after my purchase (which was a great deal thanks to him). If you are going to Sleep Country - ask for Rimon!

Once you’ve ordered and paid service picks up and delivery is timely and efficient. Delivery team was quite professional. The sales tactics are however a little questionable. Make your offer and if they don’t like it just go to one of the 100s of other retailers. Take what they tell you about the mattress and why one is better than the other with a pinch of salt. Good luck.

Was at this location today. “Manager” lady was horrible borderline abusive to the sales person. Walked away and never coming back. I bought my mattress here 2 years ago and wanted my boyfriend to get one here but wow! Don’t want to support this company, will go to the bay!

I guess my main mistake was - I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted and came there without cash in my pocket . As soon as sales rep understood I'm not buying at the spot (shame on me!) - he just turned and left without a word. Name John ( if this is his real name).Why buy a mattress anywhere else"? Well

Ask them to double check a status of my refund order, told me it takes longer than what the first associate told me it would take a week only. He then said the paperwork for the cancellation was done and the refund will still be happening. But I called customer service and to find out that I am not getting my refund cause the store level employee never put through the refund paperworks to the accounting department. So two stores fails to put through my paperwork for a refund.

I ordered a Sealy Posturepedic Optimum Madden mattress, during the Sealy sale they were having, and could not be happier with the mattress! Craig the salesman was very helpful and got us a good deal on the Box Bed. They were both delivered on time, and I can confidently say that this bed is leaps and bounds greater than the mattress I had before. They said it would be delivered between 3-7pm, and they came at 6:45pm. No complications, no issues, and it took them 15 mins to get the old mattress / box bed out and put in the new mattress / box bed. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience.

The worst customer service in head office. We purchased memory foam mattress 2 years ago and sgyter a few months we filed a claim that it is impossible to sleep on it. Our backs started to heart so bad that we wanted to exchange the actual mattress for a different one. So we sent all necessary picture to them and after 2 days they sent us email saying there is not damage and that the matter is good. We paid $4000 for a mattress that didn't last even a year. The worst customer service. Very disappointed that I need to go shop again for a mattress and spend more money.
