Exactly what you want from a company. Quick and kind communication, fair pricing, excellent quality work. Had my old oil furnace removed including my oil tank. Installed new furnace. They reconfigured the vents and now it's WAY more efficient and the house feels brand new and warm. Should not have waited so long to get it done. Can't recommend enough.

Very professional and punctual. Easy to schedule with and did a very nice job with the installation. Would recommend.

Overall I was satisfied with Airmax. Sales representative was knowledgeable and did not try to up sale me with products I didn't need. I wanted a Lennox system and pricing was good. Installers were professional as well. 2 reasons for 4 stars instead of 5: 1) I never received a call the day before to confirm installation; 2) I received no help completing the Hydro Quebec rebate application. I had to call back to get the necessary information: model, serial number and photos etc. I did get all the info I needed but would have appreciated having everything emailed to me without having to call back. I will recommend Airmax to others.

how do you know a shoddy job has been performed by an HVAC contractor? when barely 3 years in, the results of an abysmal workmanship manifest themselves. look no further than the pictures posted here. it is unfortunate that such a reputable brand, Lennox, is held hostage by such unprofessional, subpar workmanship. The AC conduits are a time bomb right now and will collapse any minute. worse yet, those guys don’t even stand up behind their work - go figure! why? When you report those defects and ask for repair, they require a trip charge and make up all sorts of excuses not to take responsibility for such a shoddy job. So sad. suggest you recruit a more professional contractor and have a third party inspect the work within a year of the job completion. definitely don’t recommend, if an option for 0 or negative stars existed, those guys would have earned it!

I have changed my post to 3 star they seem to me a bit more helpful than i previously thought they would. Well better than Air Confort DepotAgain, I have changed my review to a 5 star. they have respected the time frame on returning the phone call, did a FANTASTIC JOB on fixing and replacing my useless central unit. Very satisfied and would recommend!

Job well done within 4 hours, machine works great. However, the installers left the giant boxes the equipment came in for me to rid of. Also, your need to remember to ask them to show you how to use the remote and understand the different settings otherwise they will leave as soon as they are done. Other than that, they were pleasant and seemed like they like their job.

We had an excellent experience with this company, they answered all of our questions and we felt we were in good hands. The unit was installed quickly and job was clean and well done. We have now had the opportunity to try it and do not regret our decision at all. Very pleased indeed.
