Faith Manor has very tight Covid screening protocols, taking a half-hour before you're good to visit. Excellent for protecting residents and staff...an A1 job at keeping virus out!Just wish they could simplify/reduce the 3 page sign-in process...perhaps automate, going digital, especially when one is a regular visitor on record.

My father was terribly treated in this home and not too mention this place caused his death after eight months of being in there.

My mother in law moved in about a year ago at the covenant tower and it just wonderful for her. Red Tulip restaurant is very nice and relaxing. Staff is wonderful.

No issues so far- everyone we've dealt with has been awesome. My Dad is well cared for.

Elder abuse.Grandpa is there and his unfortunate circumstance is he has all his marbles. There seems to be a clique of staff that only care about making their shift easy at the expense of these poor elderly vulnerable people.Next step the Newspaper.

My mother-in-law lives here and we are very happy with everything here...she really doesn't HAVE to leave the premises!She can see a doctor here, there's a bank here, hair dresser, church services, a small food store, and a restaurant. Each floor has a laundry room.She could walk all day indoors if she would walk every hallway in every building!There are so many people and they are very friendly!

My mother lived at Faith Manor (one of the long term term care homes on the site, Grace Manor is the other) for 4 years 2018-2022, my father for 5 weeks July-August 2021. We found overall they received excellent care. The pandemic was very difficult for everyone there (as it was for all the LTC care homes in the province; my mom was fortunate that she survived unlike many seniors in many homes). We found the majority of the staff were excellent and very caring. Both of my parents experienced significant declines in their functioning when they were there - in particular my father who did not have Alzheimers but was blind, deaf and no mobility (our mom had Alzheimers.). While he was dying which took some time, the staff were very compassionate and sensitive to both him and our family. We chose to host their memorial services on site because we appreciated the level of care they provided.

You have just found the best possible place to retire in. It has all the best possible coverage for all eventualities that you may face and require assistance for. More than enough activities to partake in. Various activities outings to participate in.

I was asked to deliver a gift basket to a resident at this seniors residence this morning and as the name given was not the same as in the directory I was directed by a tenant to check with the reception.The apartment # was given but unfortunately the name on the card and the building directory was different. I walked to the reception and asked for assistance, at which point the person at the desk raised her voice and kept on saying that I should check the directory, which I had done to no avail. When I asked why she was being rude she walked away. It would not have taken her a minute to check the apartment number and give me the buzzer number. I feel the rudeness may have been racially motivated. It was thanks to another tenant who was probably witnessing the receptionist's behavior that I was able to locate the recipient of the basket.Due to the receptionist's attitude I was almost convinced to return the basket to the sender. I can only imagine how many other deliveries have not been received due to her inconsiderate behavior.

This one time, a kind old lady let me stay in her apartment and i just used the pokestops there. It was lit.
