The staff was great. But the balloons were crest we paid almost $100 for helium basis balloons and didn't stay up in the humidity. We lost so many before the guests even arrived. Won't do that again

It was super hard to try and find Hawaiian decorations at this time of year, but they had more than I thought! Pineapple print on balloons was definitely a nice surprise!

Good selection of Halloween things. Friendly staff. Very poor return policy as each store has a different policy. If you buy something at one store, you need to return it to that specific store or you will only get a partial store credit instead of a refund.

It has balloons and a bunch of party stuff that you can't find anywhere for cheap and a lot of summer stuff. You can get cups plants napping that are cool

It is my go to store for everything!Can't give a 5 because sometimes the prices are insanity but if you're looking for ANYTHING you need for any sort of party... Go there!Love the sections of color and the way the store is set up making it easy to find what you're looking for.They are great with assistance, returns, and most of the staff that I've dealt with is incredible!

They have everything you need for a great decorated party however I wish the helium balloons had more than a 12hr guarantee. Hard to buy the night before to save you time and still have a beautiful floating balloon arrangement. 2 of the 5 ballooms starting losing height by 9pm the next night. :(

The people are so pleasant and there are always so many things to look at. Some time I feel like my kids could buy the whole store to play with it. I will return to this store anytime I need the items they sell.
