Everyone from the owner of the company to the office staff and the staff that works on the warehouse floor are respectful. Is a good place to work at, with good wages and benefits with reasonable hours. Only reasons I left the was due to personal reasons.

Friendly staff and a good company . Very professional.

Abusive management.Unsafe work environment. Many injuries to young people new to the employment world. Poor training if any. Please don't deal here until the work place is safer for our young generation.

I worked there for about a year, I honestly loved the work that I did in Mould Maintenace and I saw myself grow. There ended up being a riff between management and I can say that was the catylist to a lot of the things being the way they are now. I am in no way saying that this place is toxic or I am a disgruntled ex-employee, I wouldn't be anywhere near where I am now without working at NPL. I was on the safety committee for a brief period and can say that this workplace is as safe as can be. I've worked in a lot of worse places, they always have safety in mind. Morale seemed to be a big issue wearhouse-wide. From my end I know and accept why I was let go as it was the best thing that happened, it was the right time and honestly I was about to quit anyways as I had found a better path. There was a lot of pressure put on my role at NPL once the management changed which put a lot of unnecessary stress on myself that along with the amount of heat that this place emits made for a hard work environment for someone such as myself. I saw too many people come in work from anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks tops. If that doesn't tell you that there is something that needs fixing I don't know what does. They cater to their customers, however with that being said the employees suffer.
