Mile Zero Mobile Home Park

Needs major work on the roads both inside and leading to the trailer park. A little care and maintenance to the common areas, and this place might look a little better and more desirable to live in.

The road needs to be repaired and rhe play park could be upgraded for the children to enjoy outside time

Owner should look after the roads!!

i cant give them half a star but if i could i would. ive live here since 2010 maybe longer and omg is this place a piece of work. they JUST started to fix the roads even though the rent starts at 500 a month... but dont worry it gets better you will still have to pay city utilities and yearly property tax... mile zero mobile park should be kicked right in the reproductive organ so no more of these sorry sheet holes comes up in the future... oh yeah and since they let rents do WHAT EVER they want you will see more then 6 cars parked in front of houses blocking all but single lane traffic and be look forward to as many diesel engines firing up at 5 am every morning.... god bless a legal system that screws the little man this much... but other then those small details its close to the highway and only has 2 ways in so if sheet hits the fan your wooped. may the odds for ever be in your favour

Having lived in the park in past years, seeing the absolute worst decline in Road quality and in general,an absolute lack of maintaining is very verysad indeed. Current owner should put forward some effort.

They are finally fixing the road through here thank the good lord! Bet all the residents are extremely pleased!

Good location for families to have a loop of community to live in

This is the best dog groomer in town! You can tell she cares about your fur baby. My dog liked her which really helps. She did my dog just the way she should look. Absolutely fantastic!

Clean quiet with your regular day to day families with and without children,,some people speed in there once in awhile even though there's speed signs on both entrances due to the amount of children living in the area.

refuses to issue rent reciepts. gone as far as to state that in their rental agreements. 525 per month, NOTHING included other than the lot. road maintenence actually sort of happened this last summer (2018) so there is that at least. THAT is the sole reason why i gave it 2 stars, insread of one. the manager is decent, and understanding. cannot complain about that either. do your research if your planning on moving into the park, make sure it meets what you need. and know this... YOU pay garbage, water, and property tax. be prepared, and you will be fine.
