Best Western Plus Merritt Hotel
We enjoyed staying at The Western Merritt Hotel. The room was nice and clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered multiple choices. It was nice to have access to a coffee machine all day long. Let not forget to mention a shoot out for the friendly service to the front desk, housekeeping and banquet staff.

Stayed here with my kids. It was fabolous. Room new and lovely we were room 422.. bed was so comfy same as the pillows. Equipt with more then enough pillows and towels in the room.. Good parking. Free too. Swimming pool clean and lots of towels. Breakfast way better then expected. Had lots of fresh fruit and many options... this is now our go to when we stay in merritt..Only thing you can hear the semis.. we are not light sleepers so it was fine.if you are ask for the front of building not back ..

Best Western Plus Merritt Hotel
The hotel is very welcoming, clean, and calm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Particularly, Assistant Manager Danica was incredibly helpful and accommodating when my travel plans suddenly got cancelled (due to road conditions) and I had to scramble to find alternatives for getting to Vancouver.

Best Western Plus Merritt Hotel
Great friendly service. Made me feel welcomed. Continental hot breakfast was great. I forgot to bring an ice scraper in my car and the front desk was kind to lend me one for the duration of my stay. Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Merritt.

It's a fairly new building with all the amenities. I would have considered 5 stars but the hot water in the shower was tepid at best. Excellent motel for a decent price and has friendly staff as well. Definitely recommend.

Best Western Plus Merritt Hotel
I really appreciated the variety of breakfast foods offered. The room was comfortable, clean and there was even the option to make coffee or tea before leaving the room. If I had arrived earlier, I would have went swimming and checked out the hot tub. The front desk staff was efficient and I would definitely recommend staying here.

We always stay there when we come to Merritt to visit family. It feels like a vacation, the rooms are really nice and clean, the hotel as whole is always tidy and clean, the staff is really nice and accommodating, breakfast is really good. 5 starts for sure!

Perfect spot on our halfway trip to Edmonton. Very clean and extremely comfortabe. Nice and quiet too.Breakfast room/ sitting lounge is well appointed and hotel is surrounded by goof restaurants and amenities.Front desk staff are very friendly andprofessional. We're looking forward to staying with them again on our next road trip

Best Western Plus Merritt Hotel
Since last year the breakfast choices has been cut back big time along with the quality. Last year the breakfast was amazing, fresh assorted berry's, fruit, fresh eggs not powdered like this time or frozen fruit from a bag. We bragged up the breakfast to our large adult family only to discover its changed for the worse . And our bathroom fan was not working . Too bad, we made the extra miles to enjoy a great motel sleep over but now its not the same and will change our future plans. Price didn't go down though. More of the same.
