6ish people or more working yet stood in a 3 person line for over 10 minutes.We know you're busy with the drive thru but 10 minutes is insane.Atleast mmi made it out before the car I would have been behind in the drive thru.AWFUL!

The wait for a coffee is just unbelievable. If you think going into the restaurant will be faster than the drive thru you would be mistaken. Great coffee. Just not sure if it's worth waiting 20 minutes for.

Violet the manager was right up at the front counter helping he staff serve all the customers. I was in the restaurant awhile watching them serve while I was waiting for there to be no line. She greeted me with a bright smile and was very pleasant to chat with while taking my order. Made me happy on a dreary, rainy day. Will absolutely come back when I am in town next.

Reise was a new trainee. Polite ,friendly, ordered quickly. Only one suggestion. You get more sales with a how about a donut or new cookie today" as opposed to "anything else" always easy to say no to that. Oh and floor entry needed a clean up."

Was thru the drive thru yesterday morning. Service was fast and accurate. (Surprised me a bit lol) BUT the window was best service. The server was Harry. What a very pleasant young man. Very polite, he seemed to be happy to be at work. Smiled and fast getting my order out the window. Finally getting some decent staff in!!!!

Tim Hortons is great and very convenient.I do think the fast food restaurants should have different metrics for reviews though.I'll go on a dinner date at a club or proper restaurant for atmosphere but I am not looking to experience that at Tim Hortons or McDonalds.Service is also really me telling them what I want and me even paying at the automatic kiosk. Ease of access and convienience should perhaps rather be metrics.

I come to this Tim’s for a coffee almost everyday and I’ve never been mistreated so horribly like I have today. The teenage boy who took my order was being a bit dickish when I was simply trying to tell him my order. After repeating my order to him it was still put in incorrectly. when I was speaking to the person at the front window about the teenager who took my order he walked up and was trying to cause problems. I asked to speak to the Manger and she did not do anything but tell me how to talk which is very immature. I also had to pay for 2 orders. I personally don’t think he should’ve been allowed to act like that.

Slow drive-thru, but that's mostly from locals ordering their groceries through the drive thru speaker opposed to going inside. Hey, common sense isn't for everyone but the staff aren't to blame. They're actually very nice people.

Probably the worst Tims for wait times.i actually drove away without getting to order last time I visited. I was only the car in the drive through and was never acknowledged via the speaker. Got frustrated and left. Orders are often incorrect/missing something items. The wait times are so horrendous that it’s not even worth going back & getting them to correct it. More often than not the new employees lack any form of customer service skills and just shove your food at you without so much as a hello or good bye. They’re very cold and often have scowls on their faces. You can tell which employees have been there awhile because they’re are least nice and on it with the orders. Those employees are the ones keeping the place going for sure. It’s rare you get one who knows what they’re doing though. Not sure why this location can’t retain employees? They never have enough staff and it’s clear there’s something going on behind the counter management/or company wise. It’s just not what it used to be.
