the service was so slow. they packed my donuts disgusting wrong, it was so UNORGANIZED!!! my breakfast sandwich looked like someone threw up all over it, and it tasted LIKE HAND SANITIZER. The hash brown was incredibly disgusting it was packaged disgustingly put in more effort, god!!

Brand new Tim Hortons. The service in the drive through was nice, a little slow but thats to be expected. Hours are not twenty four hours yet due to staff shortages. Over all impressed with the business.

A bit ridiculous to charge extra for a tomato slice on a turkey club in my opinion. Other Tim's in London don't charge.

I must admit, the service was very slow. However, the main problem was that when I got my everything bagel toasted with butter it wasn’t even spread. There was a massive pile of butter on my uncut bagel. Very disappointed in this location.

Have always really liked this location and whenever I visit my daughter and her family, I stop by here just before I arrive or on my way home. Food is fresh and staff are so friendly. A really good vibe at this place

I recently visited Tim Hortons on Ilderton Rd and had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Philippines guy served me with a smile and great service. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and recommended some great items. The food was delicious and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee or a quick bite to eat. Highly recommend!

If I could give a half a star or zero stars I would! The staff members don’t listen properly to customers ordering there rude on the speaker thing They NEVER stir the coffee or make them right it’s very disappointing I’m never returning to this location again every time we go it’s like playing coffee roulette because you never going to know until you drink it very un happy
