She knows the market, is an excellent negotiator, always goes above and beyond thereby making the process quite seamless from the customers point of view, has excellent 3rd party backup personal like stagers, contractors, managers etc to help in getting the place ready for market and having it looked after once you own. I have done 2 transactions with Mila and would go to her first when it's time to do more.

We highly recommend Mila as she exceeded our expectations in several areas. We live in the US and were apprehensive about purchasing a property in Canada for the first time. Mila’s local expertise and connections were on full display throughout the purchase process, and her responsiveness made it so much less stressful.
