I have been there once, that was my worst experience of life. The worst customer service provided by Jannat".She doesn't have any sense of talking to customers. zero customer service skills

Today i went to this location regarding my phone service. A representative name “Jannat” was the one i dealt with. She had her earphones on the whole time even she was working on the floor which is very inappropriate and unprofessional. Didn’t help me at all. She refused to help me. May be she didn’t like that I interrupted her while she was on her phone listening to music or on call with friend. She was extremely rude towards me and this was the extremely poor customer service I have ever received. I Never suggest anyone to go this location. I Already file complaint about ‘Jannat’ for her poor service and inappropriate attitude.

My experience in this store always worse. I was with Rogers for more than 2 years. Suddenly they increased my bill without notifying me. They gave a good deal and I wanna go with that and wanna get a extra line but each and every text and email I got from Rogers, showing $32 more than it supposed to be. Visited this store in Elice, Winnipeg. They are open till 7 and it was December 14, Wednesday. A girl, she asked for ID before entering and once I show then she let me in. Told her about my new plan and price. She opened my account and while she saw it was online then she wasn’t willing to help me. Moreover, she said cancel the online services and come back than we can help. In Rogers it’s very common they will transfer from one department to another department. But the way the girl treated me seems like she was in hurry and willing not to help me with. Each and every employee I experienced in this store was stupid. Either they are sleeping or watching movies or busy with their own activities. I am very frustrated about their service. I am not gonna continue their service though it was additional line for me. There was another two customer was in front of the door but the girl came out just sharp 7:00 pm. How it could be a customer service? Hope Rogers will take care of this and make sure their store and third party services will be up to mark. Not with Rogers anymore.
