I only paint with Benjamin Moore so the four stars are for the product. I'm painting every room in a new house and have been in multiple times to this store. There has only been once where the woman working was so helpful. It would be nice if everyone was the same way

Needed a colour match for my kitchen cupboards. The match was perfect, even the recommended sheen. I have had other colour matches done at other places, but none have been as close as this one.

I am the owner of Colour Your Life Paint & Design. We only use Benjamin Moore products.The owner Ken and his staff at Benjamin Moore Focus On Decorating are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are an integral part of my success and I feel that they are apart of my team. On numerous occasions, I have even had Ken and head office reps. show up on my job sites, just to see if we needed anything and to make sure everything is running smoothly. Ken has gone above and beyond to assure a long lasting business relationship with my company. I would never go else where, they have it covered. ;)Casey

This is an amazing Benjamin Moore. I presume it is the owner who is incredible. We came to him with a problem we were having painting doors and trim in our house. Not only did he give us amazing advice but he made sure we had a more appropriate product to get the job done the proper way. He took back our old product without question even though it should have been an un-returnable item. We are now incredibly happy with how our project is turning out and it is all thanks to the owner. It is so rare to find businesses that still care about their customers and this is definetly one of them. Could not say anything but good things about this place and I will not go to any other location for advice or products.

Went in 4 times to purchase custom blinds. We were told this could only be done by Ken. He wasn’t there any of the times we went in. We tried to connect with him via email. He replied once, and when we had a question about the order he never replied again. We took our business to Hunter Douglas.

I have been slowly repainting the home I live in and have been using Benjamin Moore paint from Focus on Decorating. Not only is Benjamin Moore paint the best quality paint for just a few extra dollars, but the staff at this shop are awesome, friendly and helpful. The advice they have provided me has probably saved me many hours of mistakes and/or painting more efficiently (and I hate painting!).I highly recommend this shop for both their awesome products and great staff who provide excellent advice.

We have been painting with BM for over ten years, Focus on Decorating has been our go to for not only the supplies but also the staff knowledge and support. Mainly Ken but he has done his best to pass along his product knowledge and great level of customer focused service. Ken has even made trips to our home to see what problems we were encountering and worked with our contractors to make things right.

Joshua was very profesional, knowledgeable and helpful. I just went for a small can of paint and a bursh. Very happy with customer care. Also very reasonable prices for quality paint.Much better then going to the hardware store!
