Very busy Starbucks, as it's in the middle of the mall. If you come here, do be prepared to wait a while, depending on the day- at no fault of the employees, it's just the nature of the store and the location it is in! Drinks and food are consistent with every other Starbucks. ✨

Worst service ever. I’m a regular customer here and one time I’d gone with my mum to grab some water and another drink and this girl (her name was Simran, I believe) gave us the weirdest looks, spoke to us in a rude manner, and then had an odd smirk. She then followed up with going over to her coworker and whispering something to her, whilst looking back at my mother and I. I’ve never had any other Starbucks staff treat me or my mother that way in the past. I would’ve loved to confront her right then and there, because the attitude was more towards my mother who had done nothing but order her drink with me, but I’d decided to leave it. I hope she can better herself both as an employee and a general human being.

i was waiting to get my mobile order, stood at the window (i saw my drink on the side already) for five mins nobody helped and three of them stood around. when i got my drink and left, i took a sip and it just black tea no lemonade. the colour was off too. i didn't pay five bucks for a 3.94 drink :/

Terrible customer service and long wait. Then ordered transaction processed and approved but was told it didn't go thru. Checked my account and it went through but was canceled. Too much confusion 3 workers tell us that there was no transaction done. We ended up just leaving because of the confusion and time.

worst service ever! I placed a mobile order for an iced drink and a hot drink, I waited over 15 minutes for my iced drink and got my hot drink within five minutes, this is absolutely ridiculous and they should be more cohesive to provide better customer service..... When I asked where my cold drink was the lady looked over annoyed and said the back is making it" which I found to be rude instead of apologizing for the wait or checking in with the lady in the back making it.... and to top that off you have one person yelling out the drink names

Falling for the festive flavors, we tried a Soy Pepermint Mocha and Chestnut Praline Almond Latte.Whilst you get great efficiency and friendly service, unfortunately these drinks were pretty miserable and felt uber rushed and the milk tastes burnt as a result. It's a super busy location, but unjustified to have such a poor tasting result as I normally always go to Starbucks for its awesome consistency no matter on the location.I love Starbucks and a regular customer, but unfortunately this was one of my worst visits.

Last 2 times even ordering ahead on the app it has been a 20 minute wait for 1 coffee. Today ordered at 11.34 and received my drink at 11.53. I understand it may get busy but they need to have a system in place to stop this. Maybe turning off mobile ordering when it's super busy so it's not a 20 minute wait

I've come to this starbucks a couple of times, and each time, they get my order wrong, and staff are rude here. EVERY other starbucks I've been to, staff are always smiling, but not here they all have stressed out and mad faces. I DON'T RECOMMEND COMING HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR GOODMORNING COFFE OR JUST IN GENERAL.
