A friend of mine was getting tired of listening to my complaints about pain here or there. She suggested I see this amazing woman with magical hands. I finally gave in and over a year later I was sitting in the waiting room, skeptical as usual. When I met Dana she not only made my experience and first visit enjoyable, but she explained everything as she went along. I felt a thousand times better after my first visit! I literally felt like I could run a marathon (and let me tell you, I don’t run). Dana has changed my life around, not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well. I have a lot to owe her and every time I see her I always walk out with a new lesson to remember and practice in my daily routine. I not only feel better but have a new perspective on life, my health, and my well-being. What can I say? I’m addicted!The PEMF mat also helps me greatly and sometimes I come in just for that. The location is convenient, the facility is beautiful, and everyone at Align’d shares the same drive and passion for helping people. One of the best places I’ve been to in Halton and Peel region. The RMT’s were very kind and welcoming, and the best part was that they explain the whole procedure AND the price on the phone so there are no surprises unlike other places. My RMT Jennifer was very nice and the massage was amazing. It really helped with my back pain and relaxation. The vibe is also great and would definitely recommend !!!

Tara Akuna is amazing. I have been going to alignd body mind from last 2 years or so .i always enjoy my time there ,i have tried multiple services like massage , chiro, accupuncture ,physio. I always feel very comfortable and enjoy talking to each one of them .I must say Diana ,the owner is very good ,she does listen and try to accommodate you if urgent and always very helpful.i am writing a review after 2 years and i suggest Sheryl from RMT , Sukhi from chiro , Gowda from accupuncture. They all understand your pain points and make sure you feel relaxed. Most of times i feel so de-stress and calm while session , i could not avoid sleeping there . I am sure other practitioner must also be good as them and i always keen to try new services.Overall this place is awesome . If you are reading my review then you should really give them a chance ,the way i started . Thanks all for your good work.
