I work at Sobeys and during this lockdown we found ourselves in need of a security guard in the lobby.. we had a few but one stood out among the rest, Jamie Jex. He was so kind and always came in happy. He was professional and his customer service was amazing .. he greeted every person who came through the door and had a really good way of getting people to wear masks and follow the rules while remaining friendly and approachable. If we ever need DTM services again I hope we get Jamie back.
