The Tillsonburg DQ was supposed to be open on September 3rd but upon arrival at 8:30 pm all lighted signs (logo on front of store, logo on side of store, logo at road sign, neon open" sign in window) but one ("chill and grill") were off. We were almost going to drive away

The owners/managers breath smells like absolute s**t, he’s really creepy with female employees, up in their faces and standing way too close. Not to mention public health should be called on this place, where the food is stored it is disgusting, old food and sauces molding.

Good for fast food. Not Halal or posted to my knowledge. Great cake selection. Friendly staff and ManagementDelivery available through Doordash however please tip the driver as DD pays $4 to drivers most of which goes to gas and vehicle expenses.

This place doesn’t know the difference between Skor and s’mores! I asked for s’mores three times now and I got Skor! I’m literally wasting my money on people who don’t know simple English. If you don’t know what they said ask!

I’m very disappointed.. today we stopped by to get dinner and I got the chicken sandwich. I took a bite and felt something was off so I looked at the chicken and it came COMPLETELY RAW. I’m praying I don’t get food poisoning. My husband went in to show them and they offered to remake it.. which at that point we’ve decided to never get food again. We asked for a refund which was refused. The lady at the front, names Jeanine or Janette, immediately threw the burger in the garbage after my husband asked her to show it to a manager. This is unacceptable in my opinion. I don’t want anyone else to get sick, so I have sent in a formal complaint to public health.
