Went to enjoy a family day with my extended family. When inquiring about the prices the owner said, Can't you do the math. Read the board". While we waited for someone to go and grab cash to pay because their interac was down. Randy (the owner) walked by twice to tell us to make up our mind or there's the door. Wouldn't recommend the hassle of spending money here with other bowling alleys in town."

Super disappointed, all week I've been checking to make sure they'd be open for today.As their hours say open, decided to surprise my Dad for his birthday. After bussing all the way there, to get there and find out it's actually closed. Back to wait in the cold for the bus home, super disappointed.Change your hours if you're not going to be open when it says.-sad birthday.b

Fairmont lanes is London Ontario’s only true five pin bowling alley great place for a great night out. Been coming here for years never a bad time and the staff and owner are great !

I like this place. It's so old and the price is fair. Only 3 star instead of 5 is just for me a family guy it would be nice to have music playing or ? The kids felt awkward as tho they needed to be quite because it is small and silent there. No one ever said to keep it down or anything just kids felt out of place. Easy plenty of parking. Dinning venue very limited and a beer is 5 bucks.

We planned a Family Day bowling adventure with our family welcomed by a very rude owner. He was very inconvenienced by us while my husband left to get cash while their Interac was down. The owner had incredibly rude comments in the first five minutes at the counter. Please keep your family away from such a toxic owner and take your business elsewhere more deserving. Saddened for my children who were so excited to try bowling for the first time on Family Day. Me and my entire extended family walked out in complete shock from his behaviour.

Took my granddaughter for her first time. It was early and their debit was down. Had enough for one game and she really wanted to play another. So left to get cash; when we came back the disco lights were on and the music even though they weren't to be on until 6pm. Was a amazing experience for her. Highly recommend the owners and the business.

Great place, best price in London. Nice staff. Every other place, fleetway, palisades, are charging prices I wouldn’t even pay in Toronto. This place is perfect for a night out. Thanks! Don’t change we will always be loyal! Remember it’s only 5 pin. No ten pin!
