Came here to get some clothes for new years. Was waiting for my friend who was meeting me and the second I got out of my car an employee who was playing Parking Authority made a bee line for me. I received a phone call so I waited outside the store on my phone .At that time i noticed said employee gawking in the 3 cars in the empty parking lot and taking pictures of their license plates.. mine included. Seeing this I went back to my car to see if this guy had something to say to me cuz he looked like he was on some macho power trip. I went back to sit in my car and of course he didn’t say anything to me when we made eye contact. Kept staring me down until I rolled down my window and he asked me what I was doing parked there. If you wanna judge people and play rent a cop before a customer even enters the store then I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Can't say enough good things about my experience! Drove in from Edmonton to get new dress shoes for my wedding. Greg did a great job explaining different types of shoes and finding me the perfect pair! A+ experience

I was going to pick up a tie for my bf for a wedding today when the second I pull in to the parking lot I was very literally accosted by someone asking what I was doing there and telling me it was a private lot. I immediately answered yes I’m doing something here and was told they preferred I didn’t. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I'm actually embarrassed for your business to post this.I know it's hard times right now, but are your staff so bored that one of them had to come into the parking lot to tell me not to park there when I just pulled in (never leaving my vehicle) for being there for 7 minutes?There was maybe 4 vehicles in your nearly empty, huge parking lot. The fact that your staff member had to come outside while I was about to leave to reprimand me for being there is really embarrassing for your business and shows a lack of humanity.I was lost and unsure where to park while someone ran outside to give me something. I was in and out of your parking lot in less than 10 minutes!My husband told me later he was a customer there and has bought some high end shirts and a sports jacket in the past.He is no longer interested in any future sales after this interaction.Maybe you should train your staff on how their interactions with people reflect on your company.

Really disappointed! I came to get a gift for my husband. I was with clients showing all morning and hadn't eaten (2pm). I went for lunch, then headed back to shop. When grabbing a fresh mask, I noticed I had a ticket on my vehicle. The incredibly petty part was there were 4 vehicles in their massive parking lot. I paid $40 to the City, and O'Connors has lost my business forever, my friends, my clients, the dog...anyone who will listen. This childish behavior tells me the staff do not have anything better to do, and does not deserve my business or yours! Yes, street parking was available but who would move a vehicle from place to place in this situation? Ridiculous SMH:(
