Great customer service. A read tire on my Rito Trike popped; a replacement tire was sent to me quickly, the whole process was very quick and easy.

Really confused on the ordering process. I sent emails and phone calls with no response. I finally talked to a young lady and she found the problem. My color was out of stock and was on hold until June 2020 and no one told me! The young lady asked if I would switch to a color Sequin Blue to Jet stream blue which was in stock and would be shipped the same day! I was then given a tracking number and I got a notification that the shipment was cancelled! 4 hours later I was sent a new tracking number and now its back on schedule. Very confusing and disheartening when I found out if I had not called who knows when I would get my Bentley trike! I am just glad it is on its way thanks to the young lady. The TWO different tracking numbers still baffle me!

We have purchased at least 10 play mats from Posh Baby and Kids for our child care centres over the last few years - they are fabulous quality and awesome designs for kids! They have held the test of time for years, regularly cleaned and sanitized and no damages to the material, fading, or wear and tear. They are low maintenance, easy to clean, and make any child friendly space look so warm and welcoming. They are perfect for crawling/playing babies, or preschool circle time. I have recommended them to other child care operators looking to move away from carpets and everyone has been very pleased.Also - the customer service is always top notch! Highly recommend!

My boy is 2 years old and the balance bike has been perfect for him. He has made so much progress in the month that we have his bike. I definitely recommend this balance bike for littles ones.

This company (and their suppliers) are suffering from the worst case of supply issues. The way it impacted me is that they have not yet been able to honour the warranty on rito trike after over 4 months of email exchange. My issue is that one of the wheels and now two have disintegrated and can’t be replaced.

We are very pleased with the products and would definitely buy here again.We got the white Qplay children's bike and a large play mat. The mat is durable and easy to clean, and the images are fun and vibrant.The Qplay bike is light, has white plastic casing over a metal frame and solid plastic/foam tires. Although my 3yo already had a strider bike with inflatable tires, he prefers the white one to the point of refusing to use the strider. He calls it his Tesla because it looks high tech, and I think he prefers it because it is smaller and lighter. One caveat on the bike: the tires are not as grippy as inflatable rubber tires, but they work fine.
