Massage Addict

The massage therapist here are absolutely awesome and so as the previous front person but not sure what happened as the new person seems to be lacking people-person skills. Not very empathetic and abrupt and condescending. My mother in-law was short 40 cents and she felt degraded by the way she was treated and couldn’t give her a break. A few other instances where she was just make you feel unwelcome and her customer service seems so scripted and no emotions.

Sky is definitely the best! I have many problems, shoulder pain, neck stiffness, low back pain as well as digestive issues. He applied massage and acupuncture accordingly which helped me a lot. He also explained what is going on in my body with simple words but professional. He gave me advices of proper diet and exercises. Highly recommend Sky!!!

Unprofessional staff, talking about inappropriate stuff at the reception when clients were present. Things that should be talked about in the break room or after work. Private lives have nothing to do with working reception at a massage place.

Horrible experience. Rude front desk. No welcome no goodbyes. Aspen was not even apologetic for being unable to process my insurance. Massage felt rushed through. Even after i mentioned my legs hurt badly and i would like you to focus more on legs. Bill did not do so. Cancelling my membership.

I was a member for 12 months. I couldn't find many bios on line so I was the guinea pig for my husband who also wanted to join. Some employees are definitely more knowledgeable than others. One told my husband they can't massage his hands and another seemed to do one technique over and over again for every muscle. I wasn't use to the treatment time including the overview or issues you have so that was a change but many places do the same thing.The rooms are quiet, the place is clean. The website is easy to use. Twice they cancelled the same day or day before due to therapist issues but those are understandable. Sunday appointments were non existent even though it shows 7 days a week.Try Kim or Erin but book an appointment early since everyone wants them. Leanne at the front desk is fantastic. It was difficult at the end of the contract to get times that fit my schedule and the therapist I wanted.Give it a try and see if you like it. Don't sign before you get the intro massage first.

Great clinic. Taylor is amazing. I had pain walking in and felt like new again after my appointment. The studio was very clean, and the treatment room was very relaxing.

The RMTs are extremely well trained and knowledgeable, their Chiropractor is equally amazing. Ive had position experiences with all front of desk staff but one who made it difficult to out through my insurance for direct billing which they offer for manulife. This place is simply amazing especially for me time!

This location is excellent. Both Taylor and Kim are fantastic RMT's . They each have different techniques and I recommend going to both. They are knowledgeable and share information on how to heal your body from what is ailing it. Thank you to both Taylor and Kim!

This place is great. Very clean and professional. After a couple of shoulder and foot massages I felt a difference right away.

Friendly and helpful staff. Never a bad experience. Sky (massage therapist) is a true magician. Kevin (another massage therapist) is also quite amazing! Always a great massage for a reasonable price!
