Great customer service

Great service, order was perfect and fast!I took an item in with very specific requests for embroidery, with extra work as they had to match fonts and colours to stitching that was already on the fabric. Megan was great and told me it would be about a week until it was done. She called me 5 days early to tell me it was ready, such a nice surprise! The work was great and they were very professional.

I visited this business on recommendation of a friend. I needed 12 T-Shirts for an event 2 weeks later. I spoke with Shane who told me no problem, he would have the proof to me later in the day. The proof didn't arrive and I called for the next 4 days. Left voicemails and messages with other staff members. Eventually Shane called me back and cited technical issues, but I would get the proof that evening. This was now a week away from the event. I didn't receive the proof. I called him the next day and he told me he would get me the proof and have the t shirts done for the day before the event. He never contacted me and I was left without sufficient time to have shirts made elsewhere. So, my not for profit organisation was left without matching clothing at a fairly large event. What a joke.

Always have had great experiences with Shane at DRT , have gotten a few batches of different shirts as well as snapbacks , toques & beanies everything has turned out well this far . Cannot recommend more for Locals and small businesses etc

Called 3 days in a row inquiring about business cards. They told me the graphic designer would be sending me an email. This is now 1 week later and still nothing. I will never use this company or recommend it whatsoever. If you cannot produce something dont offer it.

I brought in 4 sweaters and asked to get some embroidering done. I was told by Shane that I would have proofs emailed or texted to me within the week. No proofs were sent that weekend. So I waited the week. With no contact, I went into the shop that Friday to see where we were at with my order. I was told that they were low staff and that I should get the proofs by Monday. Surprisingly, no contact or proofs were sent. I then waited another week to see if I would get any contact or update. Zero effort was made to make sure I was a happy customer. I went in today, now the 4th Monday since I brought in my order and still nothing. I understand my order was small and that I brought in my own sweaters but I was extremely disappointed in the customer service of Shane and DRT products.

Had a wonderful experience with DRT Products Inc. helping our organization prepare for our first market event. My organization is so appreciative of the service and advice we were given. Megan was super helpful - top notch service!
