Soo i went to pick papers, living out the country i didn't feel like running in, so once in a while ill get supplies from here. However ive always brought my dog and never once had an issue at this establishment or any other cannabis store. Especially with the warmer weather im disappointed to know they arent dog friendly here.Ontop of the the pricing being outrageous, the lady was kind of aggressive and then said oh im not going to tell you no"... right after she told me its against the rules.I feel if its a rule of the establishment it should be followed by everyone and maybe signs should be put up. I could see if she was off lesh and causing issues but shes a 10lbs chi that was calmly in my arms.Super weird experience.Also please get other papers than RAW

Steve and his staff are a high energy crew! The CR location is so upbeat and friendly. I had a minor incident with the WF location and Steve was more than professional and handled the situation immediately. They are professional and courteous and will have our business exclusively!

I was a little disappointed, actually very disappointed. When I was leaving the store the time prior, the clerk made a special call to me, to tell me that there would be a gift waiting for me on my next visit. When I mentioned it during my last visit, the clerk looked at me like I had two heads, and she told me that she didn't know anything about it, to call the boss next week. It wasn't the gift, per say, it was the attitude was what irked me. She couldn't wait to get me out of there. She was a little bit rude, and struck me as being very young. I have to say though, on a previous visit, she was the happiest person I had seen all day, and was very polite. Leave your home stuff at home honey. It was my favorite store, and my brothers, my daughter's, and my friends. I'm sad to say that I haven't been back. It left a very sour taste in my mouth. ☹️

Okay so I first off went here and found a phenomenal water pipe (OG Original) that matched my Torch lighter! Oddly enough the items SKU hadn’t been uploading in their system! After a little bit of confusion they sold me it for an incredible price (seeing as it’s ACTUAL GLASS AND NOT ACRYLIC GARBAGE)! Sadly after a few hits from the bong I realized that the down stem had a crack and that it appeared to have been repaired and painted to look as though it was not! After showing the CSRs there they automatically offered me a full refund no questions asked! I don’t care that there were bumps in my visit; I care that I was well taken care of and treated very well! Five stars!

I must change my review, the staff here are extremely extremely pleasant to deal with. Although their glassware may be on the pricier side, the weed is actually decently priced especially comparing to my hometown where weed is much cheaper overall. Got an eight of Back Forty Wedding Pie for around $25 plus tax, which is better than most places in this city, Ive seen Tokyo Smoke charge $30 with tax for Back Forty stuff, crazy...I must take this L and apologize for my one star review from before.Please consider shopping here! The staff are incredible and I have to give a massive shoutout to the blonde and brunette ladies working the front desk area, they are the most pleasant to deal with.Keep being awesome !

I would not buy vape carts or anything here that might not work. They have a no refund policy. Even if you kept the receipt and return a few days later they won't do anything for you.
