pretty good! just wish they didnt take my money out randomly when i opt for the manual debit card option and entirly screw me over and have to pay 50 return fee have now no money for work and they wont even answer there phones... yikes!

Took out a 3 instalment loan. They can’t get Bi Weekly payday PAD set up properly. Ended up debiting my account a week ahead of payday and then again 5 days later plus $25 costing me $90 in NSF charges plus charging me their $25 fee. They admitted it was their mistake and refunded me the $90 off my first payment after providing proof that my bank charges NSF fees. However, I paid off the loan early on May 31st via e-transfer as they kept making mistakes and yet they tried to Debit my bank account yet again after the loan was paid in Full. Employees there obviously don’t cancel payments or put a stop to automated withdrawals after you pay ahead of time. Two days later after putting a stop payment to an overpayment they are now asking me to send a E-transfer for the amount I put a stop payment on for an already paid loan. Can’t call these people as it was done online. Can only email them and if they respond is another question altogether. Will be reporting them to the Ontario Ministry.
