I've been going to Spa Nails for about 15 years now and I can't say enough good things about them. I have recommended them many times and my friends have been extremely happy with their services. They're very professional and friendly. Won't go anywhere else!!

BEWARE! If you are looking to get a great pedicure and be treated by a friendly, professional staff then this is NOT the salon for you! Between the treatment I received from the manager (a man) and the lady who did my nails, and the horrible pedicure I received, I am baffled this place has been open for as long as it has. For starters, no one spoke to me at all until 26 mins after my scheduled appointment and once the lady spoke to me she rudely said what are you waiting for". I was polite when I told her I was there for a pedicure and I had an appointment booked for X time

They never clean or cut your natural nails before putting fake nails on.She put one on crooked and I asked her to fix it and she said it was my finger.. I’ve gotten my nails done hundreds of times and it has never looked like that. I’ve given this place multiple chances and I’m let down everytime. After I asked her to fix my finger she said something to her coworker and they started laughing. It’s pretty obvious that they are talking bad about you right infront of you.

Been going for 10 plus years. Great relationship, great work, do a wonderful job, detailed. Scared to go anywhere else. Ken, Tina, Tammy, Kelly, Maia, Lisa are all awesome!

Horrible customer service. Man gave me an appointment time for 2:00 pm, was very unfriendly on the phone. I walk into the salon at 2:00 pm. No one greeted me, there were 3-4 people already sitting there waiting for service. There was only two workers at that time. I don't understand why they would schedule an appointment for me at 2:00 when no one is available. I waited 30 minutes for someone to approach me, then left. I am sorry but I am a busy person and when I schedule an appointment I expect to have them abide by the agreed time as well. I am very disappointed.

Not satisfied with their service. They use scissors to cut off the nails. I went to get acrylic nails, they immediately started putting the fake nails without cleaning the cuticles or cutting my nails. Overall, I did not have good experience with them.

This location is clean and all materials are sanitized. The atmosphere is nice and the decor makes you feel relaxed when you walk in. The staff know you by name and always greet you when you walk in.I get bio gel with shellac nails done and they are done so well everytime, that I can even get them done every 3 weeks without a chip, lift or break.All services are done with a high degree of professionalism and expertise.Thank you Ken and the Spa Nails team for taking pride in your work!
