RUDE STAFF! HORRIBLE SERVICE!I am a new immigrant looking for an family doctor, there website said to call one of their clinics to checks for availability. when I called there was a wait time of 40min, which I understand and am happy to wait my turn. When the agent did answer she just told me there were no availabilities and ended the call just like that before I can ask or say anything further!!! I think after 40mins of waiting I deserve to be heard at least!Extremely disappointed at their customer service!
