My review is only for the Property Management team and specially Michelle Brewer who is taking care of the leasing agreement.Unfortunately, under Michelle Brewer the Property Management focus has been shifted to earn more and easy money. Her behavior to the tenants has been very unprofessional on countless occasion. She was unprofessional while we were vacating the unit (because of personal reason) early and didn't put our references through even after multiple follow-ups.Even after countless request over email she didn't clear all our questions regarding the notice period of any unit and also how we can get the society new occupants as referrals.She kept on dodging our question of minimum days for repair team to do the cleaning if in case new tenants ask for the urgent application process. She didn't want the property to loose the money from outgoing tenants against the reference of new tenants and for that reason she was rude and unprofessional to us. Over that, She put a comment on Indian Society that Your community has started a trend in this society of coming and then leaving by giving reference of new tenants in short term durations"Even for the payments of remaining 2 months rent the Property Management team ran me to the bank for the difference in amount for something they missed to declare.More than that if I am not occupying the unit then why should I pay the power bill for the remaining months. I don't get any straight forward logical answer from this Property Management team. Where is the calculation of Power Bill for remaining months of notice period..?Please do not take unprofessional approach towards any outgoing tenants and please stop thinking about earning fast cash from new tenants"

Worst place to live, terrible neighbours, no service, no repairs even after multiple complaints, terrible parking, you name it. Been living here for a half decade and I'm starting to get fed up. Look elsewhere where your money is valued!

Just a visitor here; but must say it seems quite maintained, clean and quiet!
