I would highly recommend Country Rose Homes. They did an excellent job on our basement development. They were extremely professional and always clean and tidy at the end of each day. Our basement had a few design issues that they managed to overcome with ease.

We recently did a complete Renovation of a 43-year-old house and used Country Rose Homes. From the very start the experience was great. Prior to purchasing we did a walk through and had Trevor join so we could explain our plans at a high level and ensure it was possible. After firming up the sale we began the detailed process of planning out the renovation. Having built before, but never renovated, this is where Country Rose stood out. Trevor and Cynthia met us on sight with all of their trades to discuss and go over the plan, allowing us to ask questions and get feedback as well. From there we finalized plans and began the process.From start to finish I can't say enough about the communication. From laying out a detailed schedule, to providing updates, asking for clarifications, answering question and suggesting changes (because things happen when renovating a 43 year old house!) they were there with honest and fair answers. We never felt ignored or neglected during the whole process, we were involved and informed. This is a reflection of them not taking on too many projects at a time and focusing on the customer service side.In the end our renovations came in - on budget and on time! We are very pleased with the quality of work and felt valued and listened too. I think its hard to come across the level of service we received from Country Rose Homes. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality builder who delivers on all levels.
