We worked with Josh and his team in June 2021 and we were very happy with our experience. We had tight timelines we needed to work with, and Josh was very accommodating and gave us good advice. His team painted the interior of our entire home, and did stucco (popcorn ceiling) removal as well. After the job was done, Josh offered to come back to do any touch ups, which was incredibly appreciated. Josh was proactive, communicative and understood how important this project was to us. We trusted him and his team in our home, and we would happily work with them again! The price was excellent, and the work was finished on time. We have already recommended his team to friends!

I was referred to Josh by a friend who’d been very happy with his work. My own experience was also very positive and at a price that was well within the range of other quotes. The task was to paint a two-level 3-bedroom townhouse, with two major staircases, in preparation for listing to sell. Since I live out of country everything had to be arranged and managed remotely. Start to finish Josh and his team remained flexible - taking on extra repair work without skipping a beat - highly professional and helpful. The quality of the work is outstanding as the included pictures show. I am so glad I chose Russell & Cassidy for this critical project.

From the time I submitted an online request for a quote until the work was finished, I was kept updated on the progress. The team finished ahead of schedule. I had the opportunity to interact withJosh, Ryan, and Sean and they were easy to talk with, professional, and answered my many questions. The final walk thru had so few touch ups required. I was looking for a painter and stumbled upon Josh and Ryan. Josh came to the house and did a walk through with me and my husband. He listened to everything we wanted done. That included fixing walls, filling holes and patch work. We had the house painted from top to bottom. The team that came to do the painting were phenomenal. Friendly and professional. The whole house took them less than two weeks even though we had a snowstorm. We were very pleased with the outcome. Anything we pointed out or didn't like was fixed right away. In fact we are having them come back in the summer for outside work to be completed. You couldn't ask for more honesty and professionalism. Josh made everything about getting our condo painted easy. Nothing was a problem for him. He redirected us to a colour choice that was perfect. We left him in charge of painting our 1,600 square-foot-condo while we were on vacation. He completed the job in the exact time frame he promised. Upon submitting a quote request, I received a phone call and email follow-up almost immediately (same evening) from Josh, one of the co-owners. He generously offered to drop by the next day at my convenience to check out the project I was considering and provide a quote. He was punctual and quick in his assessment, and followed through with sending me a quote shortly after his visit. Upon booking, it was smooth sailing — Josh and his partner sourced the paint color I wanted, arrived for the job on time, and worked efficiently to transform my master bedroom and bathroom in only a few hours, finishing the job by 2pm same-day and leaving no mess behind.
