Company's driver needs more training how to drive cutting of traffic in border

Drivers need to be taught safety on the highway. Tailgating seems to be a priority after cutting drivers off

This is an extremely unprofessional company. We are a warehouse located in Bakersfield California. They were expected to be on time and when we called them after they didnt show up 3 hours past their delivery time, they told me their driver got into an accident. 10 minutes later after the call, the driver shows up and truck looks perfect. After asking the driver what happened, he said he was forced to pick up from 4 different places before coming to our warehouse. The way he talked about his own company was shocking. I felt very bad for the drivers who have to work here and stay on the road for multiple days throughout the week. Apparently this company only cares about themselves and they money they will make. They dont care about clients or their drivers. Please stay away and stop supporting corrupt business like this one.

Please do not drive for this company. The owners dont care about the drivers. They will force you to keep driving and push you to drive. If you take a two minute break to use the washroom then you will get a call from the company asking why you have stopped.They will not pay on time. If you ask for pay then their response is go for this trip. Once you come back your paycheck will be ready".If you have to wait for the delivery which in most cases you will have to for 12 to 14 hrs then they will not pay you for the wait.They have a chips run to Florida but they dont have anything for the way back. You will be stranded without a pay for the wait. When they do get the trip then they will force you to keep driving.They are very unprofessional. If you want to work then please go ahead but always remember that there are better companies out there."

Apparently one of their drivers arrested in Port Aux Basque at ferry terminal. No money to pay for boat ride. Was knocking on other drivers doors asking for money. Told three times not to do it, fourth time, was put in bracelets and taken away. Very poor company to leave your drivers in that position.

Extremely poor safety of their driver hauling trailer ending in -155 on the 401 E/B near Woodstock.Driver was repeatedly changing lanes to pass other traffic on both the left and right. Truck was driving at almost 120 km/h and was clearly not governed contrary to what their company rep claimed on the phone. Watched the driver cut off other traffic including another transport truck.Driver was certainly not maintaining the required 60 meter following distance of other traffic required under the HTA.Watched the driver repeatedly flashing their headlights at other traffic to get them to move out of the way. Driver repeatedly used their lane change turn signals while beside other traffic to force other traffic out of their lanes so that the truck could continue repeatedly changing lanes to pass other traffic.Driver was a menace who clearly does not understand or care about the law or safety of other drivers on the road. Called the company and spoke to the person who said that they were their safety and compliance person. Was advised that he would immediately speak to the driver as well as review the truck's GPS and dashcam information. Given the other online reviews, I am skeptical that the company truly has a safety culture.
