Kamikaze Punishment Foundation
Found this place last week for my 3 children ages 6,7,8. This school and its instructors are very accommodating and the instruction is very good. My children simply love this place. The teachers vary in strictness and I find this a perfect mix for young children. I can foresee my children coming here for years and learning MMA.

Kamikaze Punishment Foundation
I only trained here for a little bit, then later went to another place. What i can say is that it seemed like a really positive place, where you where pushed to train hard, and people treated you with respect. I had a few interactions with some members and it was a positive experience. A lot of the people were very supportive and friendly. Ive also been following them on fb and they had a police officer pay for an at risk youth and that thought that was amazing. Given the location, nonprofit and environment, i think it is an amazing choice. This place will help your immensely, especially if they have difficulties in there life. Any place that helps build children up and keep them away from the streets, has immense respect. Keep up the great work guys.

Great place to work out. Family oriented,love that they are about family and kids! No matter what age you are, Kamikaze Punishment does NOT make you feel unwelcome and they are so welcoming to everyone that enters their doors!!!I appreciate that they are a not for profit organization so I know that my money is not going to their pockets but into the gym.

Love it. I never felt so comfortable at a gym before . I am the kind of person who will get too anxious to go to the gym and fear being judged . Here you don't feel that at all. The people and instructors are genuine people. They motivate you to keep going. The instructor I had was amazing , and helpful . I would 100% recommend this gym .

Love love love this gym. Awesome coaches that really have a passion for what there teaching. 100% ego free atmosphere great people that train there that are humble and always willing to help you learn. Nothing but positive vibes!!!!!

My son attends regularly and has been for a couple years.The staff is great with the kids and the sense of community when you walk in is great!Staff retention is good, so there's always a familiar face to greet you, consistency is key for a positive learning environment... :)

Updated -- still here a year later. Still 5 stars in my opinion. Thanks KP.Original Post - I put my kids in this place so I pay a great deal of attention to the general vibe. Great place! Super nice people from the coaches and staff all the way down to the membership. It's clear that the KP staff and management push a positive attitude and great work ethic. If you check it out, take note...everyone is smiling and working their a$$ off. Love it!

Kamikaze Punishment Foundation
I have attended Kamikaze Punishment for the first time for about 6 months. I have never felt so welcomed in a Gym before. Within 3 hours i was able to attend three different classes all focusing on different muscle groups. From Wrestling, to high fitness work out, to Ju Jitsu. I always feel welcome and everyone is friendly. I recommend this gym to anyone looking to change their life for the better. It helped me to stronger, physically and mentally. Thanks KP, keep it up! As a member for many years I am happy with my experience at this gym. I am supported by the coaches and team members at all times. I love the dedication and passion put in by the coaches and management. It has a positive environment for adults and children. I feel very supported in my training, fitness and life. I have experienced many achievements and successes as a direct result of becoming a member. Best gym in the city.
