My 65 OLED LG TV stopped working after 3 months. LG customer service directed me to Guelph TV & Video Service Inc. I am very happy with the service provided by Ming. Exceptional! Ming is very knowledgeable

Ming was simply awesome. My OLED TV was completely restored with an excellent customer service experience.

This is the last remaining TV repair shop in Guelph! Our Panasonic Plasma TV failed to work yesterday so in late afternoon I called; the owner/technician (Ming) said he could drop in today and did so, punctually. We were happy with his expertise and the solution which did not require any parts.The fee for a home visit is $65, reasonable these days. Had we been able to take the TV to him, the diagnostic fee would have been $35 - to be applied to work if we then authorized it. That is a very good deal.We hope that this company remains in business because our TV is huge and attached to the wall, AND we have no desire to drag it into the car and drive to another city for repairs.

I can't thank Ming and the team at Guelph TV & Video enough for repairing my beloved OLED TV!! Ming diagnosed the issue quickly and helped me to navigate the manufacturer's customer service dept. (and even kindly checked in with me several times along the way just to make sure things were proceeding!). Once the repair was authorized he came to repair it that day, and in under an hour I had my TV back in working order!! Very professional and courteous service. Highly recommend you give them a call!

Ming came to the house to diagnose and repair an older, plasma TV ... needed a replacement power board. Very friendly, quick (5 days) and at a reasonable price. Thanks. Would definitely recommend.

I met Ming when he came over to my house recently to perform an LG OLED repair. I had no reservations about meeting him because my sister in law had raved about his service going back 20 years.Ming was on time, friendly, polite and is quite a character. He worked quickly and, as far as I could tell, was completely knowledgable & experienced.I cannot say enough good things about Ming and absolutely recommend his services.

We had our LG 70” TV fixed under warranty by Guelph TV & Video Service. The process was super easy and the service was fantastic. Our TV was fixed much sooner than expected (parts were on back order) but somehow we still got it fixed within a week exceeding our expectations.
