Josh was so great! He was here at the scheduled time and had the issue determined quickly. We walked me threw exactly what his steps were going to be to fix the water leak from the shower. He had to go into the bathroom tile and it looks good and not a piece of construction debris left behind. He was very friendly and communicate very effectively. Payment was effortless and now we can use the main shower again. Thank you Josh and office team!

We had a full bathroom renovation. A huge thank you to Dan and his crew. From the moment we met Dan, we were impressed by his professionalism and promptness in getting the process started. He immediately earned our trust and from that moment to project completion he communicated well, kept us informed and followed through on everything he had promised. The quality of products and workmanship is excellent and Dan wasn't satisfied until everything was completed to his expectations. There were no surprises at the end; what we werequoted is what we were invoiced for. I would not hesitate to recommend them for this type of work. We are so happy with the end result, it's almost too pretty to use!...almost.

We had a plumbing issue with a broken flange and faucet issue in our home. We called Donaldson for our plumbing as they had been out to our place last year to fix a sump pump issue and they did a great job with that. Stephanie came out, checked out the issue and gave us a quote for the work that we were satisfied with. She did a fantastic job replacing the flange and reinstalling the toilet. She then looked after replacing a faucet for us which turned out great as well. She left our place cleaner than when she got there and we have no more plumbing issues, couldn't ask for more. We highly recommended Donaldson and especially Stephanie who really helped us out and got us back uo and running again.

The woman who took my initial call was friendly and courteous and managed to get me an appointment, for a plumbing water leak, on the same day.Stephanie was the technician and she arrived within the allotted time slot. She diagnosed where the leak was and quickly made the repair. Stephanie was courteous and professional and she kept me updated on the cost for the repair.I much appreciated the communication updates via text message.I will definitely use Donaldson again.

Bathroom Renovation: I need to thank Dan and his amazing team (Rezan, Matt, Suca, Stephanie, Megh, Tristen) for the incredible job they did renovating my two bathrooms. They were a pleasure to have in my home and they did an outstanding job. Dan provided me with a firm quote which included allowances. This quote allowed me to spend a little more on the areas that I wanted to but also kept me to my overall budget. Rezan did an amazing job with the tile work. Matt was the jack of all trades doing the teardown, prepping & installation. Meanwhile, Dan was in and out keeping everything moving forward. I really appreciated how Dan handled all the details and managed any issues that came up with the renovations. At the end of the day, I have two beautiful bathrooms. Thanks again!

Our toilet was clogged! My furnace wasn't working and called Donaldson's they were able to come out same day, and quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted me a reasonable price for the repair and also informed me of parts that were wearing out. He didn't try to up sale and was totally transparent no sales pressure whatsoever. I appreciated his honesty and informed me that my furnace was in great condition otherwise and would still run great for years to come even though it's an old unit that they don't even make anymore. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from start to finish -- very prompt response late on a Saturday afternoon (by text!) to set up an appointment. The communication was clear and professional leading up to the arrival of the technician, plus I really appreciated the 'heads up' notification with the name and photo of the service person. Dave did an incredible job installing my smart thermostat and went above and beyond in checking out my heating and cooling units. I'd give 12/10 if ratings went that high.

If you are contemplating a bathroom renovation, we highly recommend Donaldson. We were given a very reasonable and detailed quote. Dan and his team removed a bathtub, tiles and older fixtures and transformed the space into a functional, modern and attractive bathroom. The workmanship from Dan, Matt, Rezan and Joshua is excellent. They are not just very skilled but are polite and friendly AND they clean up after themselves! Dan is incredibly conscientious and communication during all phases of the project was excellent Thanks Dan and team.

These folks are the best. Great service and pricing. Communication is over the top from Danielle the sales rep that explained our AC options to Brandon who did an outstanding job cleaning our ducts we were treated royally. Would recommend them to anyone.
