I don’t normally post reviews however I feel I have no choice.We paid a $200 deposit via EMT on a kayak. Eastern Outdoors misrepresented the terms of sale, changing them numerous times. They would not give us a ship date, first said shipping insurance was available (even provided a quote), then turned around and said it wasn’t and they wouldn’t be responsible for damage in transit.This raised huge red flags and we felt we had no choice but to cancel the order.We have asked for a refund on the deposit numerous times and so far EO have refused and ghosted us. Turns out we aren’t the only ones to experience similar. It’s been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. Beware.

We went on a 3 hour guided tour and it was the highlight of our vacation! We saw blue herons, seals, crabs and beautiful cliffs. Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny, I would highly recommend!

Arnaqueur professionnel! Tu lui donne un dépôt pour l'achat d'un kayak, Robert Vlug le propriétaire ne livre pas 8 mois plus tard et ne veut pas rembourser le dépôt! Éviter a tout prix!!

Stayed here years ago. What a great couple. Typical east coast couple... Super nice and friendly. Make you feel at home.
