this location was very accomodating! i called about the alpha trinity and they ordered it in for me, called me when it arrived, and when i told them that i was going to be a bit late to pick up the device, they stayed open after closing time to ensure i got it. awesome customer service:)

I discovered this shop about 4 months ago. Good location, parking in site, big shop with many options. Customer service is excellent. Particularly one tall guy, (I don’t remember his name), that keeps me updated with info about the juice that I usually buy. He is very kind and always takes into account my needs. I love going to Vape Street because I know I will find what I am looking for. Thank you!

Great service! Especially the guy that owns the pressure washing company. I had an issue with a previous purchase (debit machines fault) and he handled it smoothly & professionally. Happy the place is around the corner from me!

I walked in with only a few questions on vapes and what options I had to fix the issue my boyfriend was having. Only to be responded by the guy working there with by far the rudest manner. He should not be working there by far the worst customer service I have seen. Get your self a new cashier. I will never return to this location ever

Do not waste your money and time. The kid who runs this store is super friendly and willing to share his limited knowledge of vape products until.he gets your money then it's good luck.....I bought $150 worth of new vapes for myself and my girlfriend. Two days later both vapes stopped working. He will do nothing. No exchange offered and he basically laughed at me when I brought up a return. Absolutely horrible experience. Stay away
